Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign a contract?
No, you don’t need to sign a contract. You pay a deposit the amount of your monthly fee. Stopping service requires a 30-day notice.
What if I need more time than my plan includes?
As a preferred client on a website maintenance plan, you’ll get discounted pricing on service time and priority scheduling for special projects.
Do you provide hosting?
I recommend that all my clients get their own hosting plans. It’s not beneficial to switch hosting providers whenever you work with new website professionals. Hosting and domain registration should always be in your name, under your control. I can, however, recommend quality hosting and help you set it up.
Can you work on my existing site?
Absolutely!
How quickly will my updates be completed?
Updates are completed during your regularly scheduled service time, which will be established when we initiate your service plan. Work sessions are completed on the same day each week (or month), so you always know when your work will be done. You’ll get a progress report confirming that work was completed.
What kinds of updates can you make to my website?
Your website management plan can be used for a wide variety of updates and improvements. Common tasks include content updates, design adjustments, image optimization, adding new pages or blog posts, updating plugins and themes, fixing technical issues, improving page layouts, and implementing marketing features such as SEO or newsletter integrations.
